Yaz tablets contain a combination of progesterone (drospirenone) and estrogen (ethinyl estradiol).

Yaz side effects

• sudden numbness or weakness (especially on one side of the body), sudden severe headache, slurred speech, problems with vision or balance;
• pain, warmth or swelling in one or both legs;
• shortness of breath, rapid breathing, and/or sudden coughing;
• coughing up blood;
• sudden vision loss or blurred vision;
