Description
Ebixa is now recommended as a treatment option for people with severe Alzheimer’s disease. It is also an option for people with moderate Alzheimer’s disease who are unable to take any of the cholinesterase inhibitors
The most common side effects with Ebixa (seen in between 1 and 10 patients in 100) are
- somnolence(sleepiness)
- dizziness
- hypertension (high blood pressure)
- dyspnoea (difficulty breathing)
- constipation, headache and drug hypersensitivity (allergy to the medicine).
