Description
It is used to prevent and treat certain types of bone loss (osteoporosis) in adults. This medicine may also be used to increase bone mass in men who have osteoporosis, and in men and women to prevent and treat osteoporosis caused by long-term use of corticosteroids (cortisone-like medicine).
Side Effects:
- Stomach pain,
- constipation,
- diarrhea, gas, or nausea may occur.
