Description
Diflucan is used for the treatment of mucosal candidiasis (oropharyngeal, oesophageal), invasive candidiasis, cryptococcal meningitis and the prophylaxis of candidal infections in immunocompromised patients. It works by preventing the growth of the fungal and yeast organisms causing your infection.
Side Effects:
- Nausea
- vomiting,
- diarrhea
- stomach upset/pain
- headache or hair loss may occur.
